Cleaning was been great. We have used Agnes and her team for several months. They are very punctual and professional.
90% of the time the same team of 2 cleans our home. Occasionally Agnes will bring a 3rd person reduce the cleaning time.
Agnes is very responsive and continually feedback and discusses any changes for the bi-weekly cleaning. Our kids are off to college so we do not clean the kids bedroom and bathrooms on every visit. So she will adjust to cost to $120. Agnes is willing to work with us to modify which rooms are cleaned for each visit.
Overall great customer service and professional cleaning.

Our post-remodel cleaning was challenging because the contractors were still finishing up a few details when Best Way Cleaning Service came to perform a deep cleaning of our townhouse. The contractors were late and we had to move in that week. Agnes and her crew of four ladies effortlessly managed to navigate around one or two tarps on the floor and a few more contractors' supplies. They deep cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms (cabinets inside and outside, kitchen stove, fridge, and more), washed all windows, all floors and baseboards. No surface was left untouched and everything was spick-and-span. Thanks to the quality of their service, Agnes earned our trust. For the last year now two ladies from Best Way Cleaning Service come and clean our home every other week. They are very respectful and pleasant. They use our cleaning supplies. They clean thoroughly and carefully and pay attention to details. If we ever notice something that requires more attention, we bring it up with Agnes or directly with the ladies and that issue never resurfaces again. Both Agnes and her employees are trustworthy, honest, and easy to work with. Communication is never a problem. Agnes is very personable and always responsive to all calls and text messages.
We highly recommend Best Way Cleaning Service for both a one-off cleaning and for any other kind of housecleaning.

Best Way Cleaning is absolutely the best cleaning company I could have hired. Agnes and her crew did a spectacular job cleaning a house after a renter had been there for three years. I highly recommend using them!

We have used Best Way Cleaning for 3 or 4 months for biweekly general cleaning of our home. Agnes is very responsive and asks each time for feedback about how things are going. The two ladies who clean our home are always courteous and very respectful if I'm on the phone as I work at home the day they come to clean. They are very efficient and do a thorough job. I have had other cleaning services in the past and this has been the best by far. Very reasonable price for the work performed. Would highly recommend.

We have always had the best service from Best Way Cleaning Service. The owner, Agnes, is a great example of professionalism. Her cleaning staff are always there, on time, and do a wonderful job. We never have to worry....if there ever has to be a change in the schedule, which is very seldom, Agnes will notify us at least a week in advance. We always know they will be here, and our home will be clean for any upcoming events. Her staff has always been very courteous as well, and always mindful of working around our 3 cats! The price is very fair for our 3-bedroom, 2-bath split level home with pets.

I have been using Best Way since the middle of summer and can honestly say I have been very pleased since day one. They are always on time and leave my home in great shape. The owner always checks in with me to see if everything has been done to my satisfaction. She calls and lets me know what time they will arriving and asks if I need something else done. The people she has under her employ are delightful and very hard workers. I would recommend this cleaning service to anyone who is looking for an honest, dependable and pleasant company to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Agnes is wonderful - I called her for an estimate a few months ago, and she dropped by my house on the same day to give me an estimate once I returned home from work at 6pm.
All cleaning relationships start out with a one-time "deep" clean, running about twice the normal rate (from what I can remember), but it's worth it. I had no idea how filthy our windows were until they did the first cleaning. Once that's out of the way, she will send someone in every other week to clean the house - our 2-story, 1450 sqft house is $70 each visit. We pay an extra $5 to have them wash the sheets and make our bed (many additional services can be rendered on an a la carte basis), bringing the total up to $75 per visit.
Though Agnes usually sends someone to do the cleaning, she always accompanies them for a walk through upon arriving at your house as well as when each cleaning is finished.
Agnes is always very responsive, and never hesitates to text or call if need be. All cleaning supplies need to be provided, though she will make some recommendations based upon the materials in your house.
Overall, we have been very happy with her services, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I have used Agnes for over 10 years. She and her crew are fantastic. Friendly and very hard working. My house sparkles when they are finished. I have recommended them often and everyone I have recommended have utilized her service. They too are very happy. I trust them completely! You won't find any cleaning service better than Agnes!

She goes out of her way to make sure everything is done to our satisfaction and always accommodates our special requests. We saw an earlier negative comment from a client and were very surprised. I contacted Agnes for an estimate.She saw my home,explained what would be cleaned & I explained my expectations:not perfection,but a decent job for decent $.Agnes seemed professional.She assured me all would be done to my satisfaction.So far,so good!Although,1 thing that made me uncomfortable: she complained about some of her current/previous customers,like 1 who said she was satisfied but later complained about things not done.I said I would be happy to communicate with her "up-front."Bottom line:" Maria arrived to clean-did a really terrific job and worked very hard!When Agnes came to get Maria I(as Agnes requested)showed her a few small(but obvious)things that were missed-no big deal to me,just something to keep in mind for next time.Agnes said I shouldn't be "looking at every little thing," became angry,defensive,& said I was looking for perfection.I had to ask her to leave before they were finished due to her defensiveness.I finished cleaning.Great employee;bad management.

"THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME WE WERE SERVICING THIS PROPERTY. THE AGREEMENT WAS TO CLEAN THE MAJOR PARTS OF THE HOME IN FOUR HOURS. AFTER FIVE HOURS MARIA WAS STILL CLEANING THE HOME WHEN I ARRIVED. WHEN I WALKED IN THE HOUSE, THE CUSTOMER BEGAN FRANTICALLY RUNNING AROUND THE HOUSE POINTING OUT LITTLE DETAILS THAT WERE MISSED SUCH AS THE FRAMES OF PAINTINGS. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THESE ITEMS WERE MINOR DETAILS THAT WOULD NOT BE MISSED THE NEXT TIME DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE MAJOR PROJECTS OF THE HOUSE WERE TAKING. AT THIS POINT SHE STARTED TO BECOME INSULTING IN HER COMMENTS TO ME WHICH I TOOK PERSONALLY AND MAY HAVE RESPONDED TO IN MY DEFENSE, WHICH I AM NOT PROUD OF. I TRIED TO HELP MARIA CLEAN UP AS MUCH OF THE DETAILS SHE WAS ASKING ABOUT, BUT THE CUSTOMER TOOK OUR CLEANING SUPPLIES FROM US AND TOLD US TO LEAVE HER HOUSE. AT THIS POINT SHE WAS TRYING VERY HARD TO INSULT US ON OUR WAY OUT AND CLAIMED SHE WAS GOING TO "RUIN MY REPUTATION" WHICH I AM DEFENDING HERE. I HOPE THIS INCIDENT DOES NOT AFFECT THE WAY NEW CUSTOMERS APPROACH OUR BUSINESS."

They were very impressionable but the end product was not as expected (probably they made me expect more!!). The oven was not cleaned even though the lady looked inside when she came to give an estimate. Base boards were not thoroughly cleaned. There was dust left here and there. At the end, we were told they cannot do magic and repeated cleaning will fix it. For 200$ I expected more.

A LITTLE HIGHER PRICED, BUT WORTH THE EXTRA FOR THE SERVICE RECEIVED. SOME MINOR DAMAGE DONE DURING INITIAL CLEANING, BUT WE WERE REIMBURSED FOR DAMAGE. ONE NEGATIVE IS THAT YOU PROVIDE THE CLEANING SUPPLIES. NO PROBLEMS SINCE THEN. WILL WORK WITH YOU ON THOSE SPECIAL REQUESTS.
