"They did a great job and went above and beyond. The landscape bricks were completed quickly and looks great. They are completing the grass patching that I have been fighting for years. I have recommended them to family members."

Saela Pest Control is a locally owned and operated company eliminating everyday pests such as ants, spiders, bed bugs, and fleas, and tougher pests such as mosquitoes, wasps, and rodents. We offer our residential customers years of knowledge, training, expertise, and a pest-free environment for peace of mind. At Saela Pest Control, we care about protecting you from pests long-term and will always provide a high-quality service at a great value that we back up with our Saela Pest Control warranty. Our products and equipment are of the highest quality to ensure effective treatment. Still, the best part is that the products we use for pest control treatments are not dangerous to you, your family or pets.

"They were okay for the first 8 months but recently in the past 2 months nobody did any service to my house as seen from my outdoor cameras and I was still being charged for it. I blocked the payment for the second time and called customer service to cancel my account. They informed me I must pay the amount due before canceling even though they didn't do the service. I reluctantly paid and after they charged me the money they mentioned that they will transfer me to someone who can cancel my service. After waiting a couple minutes the person got back on the line saying they can't get in touch of the people who can cancel my service and they can't do it themselves even though they just charged me saying I have to pay before canceling. They said they will call me back in 24-48h where I can cancel then. Clearly this is a tactic to avoid people canceling by making them wait and sending them in a circle till they forget about it. What a scam of a service."

I'm just starting out, doing what I love to do -- working outside. This has been a dream of mine for many years. I would love to do the best job I can for you to enjoy your yard all summer long. At this point I am the only employee in my company, hoping to get the chance to hire on others as the business advances.

"Barry came out and looked around our property. We told him everything that we would like to have done. He was to come back out a few days later to do some measuring, but after almost a week has gone by and we have not seen or heard from him. If he did not want to do the job a phone call or something would be nice. Not very professional to just not show or call."

Lawn Fertilization and Treatment questions, answered by experts

Sulfur is a secondary nutrient that helps grass grow lush and green. It combines  primary nutrients including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Sulfur helps the grass absorb nutrients to create a lush, green appearance. While sulfur isn’t necessary for every lawn, it can help most lawns be stronger and greener.

You should water your lawn two or three days before putting down fertilizer to ensure it can properly absorb it. It's good to apply fertilizer if the ground is moist, but you want to avoid overwatering or flooding the area because it can prevent the grass from absorbing the nutrients. Consider weather conditions when scheduling your fertilizer treatment and read the instructions to see how long you should wait to water after application.

Fertilizing is optional after dethatching. However, the period immediately after dethatching is generally considered the best time to fertilize your lawn because the thick debris is now gone. As a result, applying water and fertilizer as the final steps of dethatching can help to spur incredible growth.

Some of the particular herbicides that work best to get rid of nut grass without killing the grass include Halosulfuron-methyl, mesotrione, sulfentrazone, and metsulfuron. A herbicide like glyphosate would kill nutgrass, but it will kill nearby plants, too.

Whether organic or synthetic fertilizers are better for your lawn depends on your goals, budget, and plans for other lawn treatments. Organic fertilizer costs more but is likely to benefit your lawn more in the long run by improving the soil as well as feeding your grass. Synthetic fertilizers get faster results but don’t enrich the soil and may contaminate nearby bodies of water if you live on a shoreline. A hybrid fertilizer may be an option to give you the benefits found in both organic and synthetic fertilizers.
