This company does not stand behind the work they do.  I had an ignitor that was intermittently lighting the pilot light.  They diagnosed it as a faulty SMART valve.  They said they would order the part and return no later than Wednesday.  Wednesday came and went with no word on when they might replace the part.  I called and they said the part had not come in.  It would have been nice to know that since they sad no later than Wednesday.
They arrive on Thursday and replace the part.  The problem persisted.  There was no change in how the furnace was behaving.  They came back out again on Thursday and again on Friday.  It was lighting when they left on Friday but soon enough the exact problem came back and it would not light reliably.  I called them back and  said we would deal with it on Monday.  That was the last I hear from them.  They never called me back and when I called them they had basically given up without so much as offering a refund or suggesting it could be something else.  The then argued with me over the phone on what the problem initially was!  They were acting as if intermittent lighting was an improvement!
I got angry and said the problem was NOT fixed and they had literally done nothing to improve the situation.  He hung up on me.
I will never use them again and would never recommend a company that cannot stand behind the work they do.  They simply gave up and walked away with my money when they couldn't figure out the issue.

They were just so friendly and nice, clean, took their time. They would have come out on the weekend if we needed.  They really take care of their customers. They weren't pushy.  There was an electrician and I think the owner to make sure everything was done right.

The tech inspected the air conditioner and discovered a leak where the pipe had been welded. He drained the little freon that remained, welded the pipe, and refilled the airconditioner with freon. He also looked over the furnace, as we had just purchased the house, and wondered if anything else was wrong.
