This company hires foreigners who have trouble with English language and dont know routes. From my home to Ohare is not complex. Their employees receive no training so getting home from Ohare back to north Sgeridan Road often took longer than the actual plane ride.

Smart Cars provided excellent service from start to finish. We couldn't be more pleased.

Service was excellent. The driver arrived about 10 minutes before pick-up time (4:30 a.m.) and I received an e-mail message notifying me of his arrival. The driver was professional and pleasant and drove carefully in a heavy downpour -- I watched the taxis flying by at high speed and was thankful for my driver's safety consciousness. I would use this service again any time I can't rely upon alternative (and less costly) means of transportation.

They were fantastic. I emailed Robert an initial request and he emailed me back immediately. SmartCars also emailed confirmation, and reservation reminders the day before. We surprised two sets of parents with tickets to Jersey Boys, including the limo. The driver was super courteous and professional. They arrived on time and drove expertly. The driver even drove us down Michigan Avenue upon our request. The car was very clean, inside and out, and we had fun with the sparkle lights inside the cabin. Everyone had a great time. When we came out of the theatre, our driver was right there, ready to drive us home.

The chaffeur was pleasant, polite and careful; drove at a moderate speed, but took less time than we expected since she knew an excellent route. The car was a comfortable sedan, not a stretch, which we find uncomforable to sit in with our legs stretched out.

Neither prom goer was a driver and the couple wasn't interested in having mom or dad act as chauffeur. A taxi wasn't sufficient for the formally dressed couple and limousine was excessive. The school had arranged for coaches to transport the students to and from the prom and after prom activities, so the kids didn't need a traditional rental. No other company could accommodate this one way trip request as prom packages required a 3-4 hour minimum rental and no one was willing to alter any package even though the students didn't need a ride to the actual prom. I called 24 hours before the ride was needed and the arrangements were confirmed by a friendly gentleman who explained all of the fees and answered all of my questions. The driver was early, professionally dressed, courteous and the Town Car was well-maintained and clean. Compared to other prices I was quoted (as high as $300+) the cost was relatively reasonable and included taxes, tip. tolls, etc. Overall this was a positive experience.

Smart Cars Inc. is the best limousine service I have every used. The drivers are polite, knowledge and friendly. Their cars are clean and comfortable. Their pricing is fair. I will recommend their service to all my clients.

Work prevented me from picking up my mother from the airport. I looked on Angie's list and found Smart Cars, Inc. I called and after learning that they would be able to go into the airport to meet my mother who uses a walker at the baggage claim, I booked them. They picked her up on time, provided a stress-free ride for her, and helped her into my home. It is very nice to know that when she visits again I can rely on Smart Cars, Inc.

They're much less expensive than a limo service. Extremely dependable.

Fine. Great service, nice car. The driver arrived on time and even knew some short cuts getting to O'Hare in order to save some time. The car was clean and comfortable. I do not know if the price was competitive as I did not shop around.
