Pro Clean Plus

The areas that I asked to be cleaned were cleaned far better than I expected.  Furniture was moved and the area underneath were cleaned thoroughly.  Hard to get to areas behind the refrigerator were also cleaned and the kitchen looked better than it had in a long time.

It always goes very well. I enjoy it when I am home and Brenda comes but / and she has a key to my place so that she can clean when I'm not around. The house smells great after she's been.

Brenda makes our places sparkle. She arrives on time, when she says she will and does the work herself, with an occasional helper. We have never been disappointed. She uses friendly products, is intuitive about things that need special attention and does them without having to be asked and she's fgood with and to our pets. I don't know how we did it without her.

They are the best, and I have a contract with them. They are an amazing company, and I also tell anybody I know to use them. They have a personal touch; they tailor what they do to what I need as opposed to a checklist that a lot of companies use. They actually interact and communicate with me if they see something that needs a little extra attention like a repair or something that needs to be done. They are good about bringing things to my attention immediately if anything happens or something gets broken rather than trying to act like it did not happen. I pay $100 for a 3000 sq. ft. town home. I would rate them highly. I have been through a lot of cleaning companies, and I have kept Pro Clean Plus for over two years now, and I would not go anywhere else.

I've used this company every 2 weeks for over a year now and wow! This is not your ordinary house cleaning company. ProClean+ charges by the space, not by the hour. Brenda, the owner, comes herself, sometimes bringing one other worker. She is fabulous! The house absolutely sparkles when she's through and the workers are happy and pleasant the whole time. She will tell you it's because she loves her job; she loves what she does, and it shows. She is incredible with pets, (and their messes) even doing unsolicited spot treatments on the carpet for no extra charge. She makes what she does seem so easy and I have never failed to be satisfied with the way my home has looked or felt when she's through. This all sure beats the whirlwind crews of several people sent by other cleaning companies, that rush through your house leaving artwork askew and things broken or half cleaned. I would never use anyone else.
