I should have placed review in 2016 when work was completed. Our house, gutters, patio and outdoor furniture was black as covered by sooty mold. Thought furniture ruined. She and helper worked hard to remove all mold from all surfaces than put two seal coats on the patio. Looked great like new. I am calling her today for another power washing and sealing job since she was great the previous work project.

I contacted Peggy Castle to clean and apply sealant to my brick pavers. On the day of application, she called me to let me know what time she would be arriving. Peggy and her assistant Alex were here for two days. On the first day, she thoroughly cleaned the brick pavers, and on the second day she applied a matte finish clear seal to the hardscapes. I have Unilock Stonehenge pavers which are larger bricks that are dimpled. Peggy did a beautiful job of completely covering the patios, walkways and stoops. The bricks look as if they are new. There were no areas of the pavers left uncovered, even the dimples in the bricks were well covered. Peggy applied 2 coats of sealant to the bricks which enhanced the original color. Even the neighbors commented on how well the bricks stood out after she completed the job. I would not hesitate to use Peggy again. In fact, last year she applied polymeric sand to the pavers and did an exceptional job. Peggy is indeed a professional in every sense of the word. She is punctual, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. Her assistant Alex is also a hard working young man. I definitely plan to use Peggy again and I will reccomend her to family and friends. Thanks, Peggy for a job well done!!

Peggy was professional, returned calls, and preformed a great service. Price was reasonable. Overall great job. She even called to see if I was happy with the work.

Peggy arrived promptly at her scheduled time to assess my brick walkways and patios. She set up an appointment for me to have the power-washing and another for the polymeric sand application to be completed. Today, she thoroughly cleaned all the areas by power washing them. I am really impressed with this company. My last sanding and sealing was completed by this company and it lasted for a long time. I have never had any problems with weed growth in between the bricks or ants. I have the large "Old World" style of brick, and there are a lot of areas that have to be covered. Peggy does a fantastic job of covering the brick. She meticulously checks every area that she covers. I have 2 patios, 2 walkways, and 2 stoops which are time consuming to work with. However, Peggy works diligently and patiently until all areas are covered to her satisfaction. She is friendly and pleasant, and always punctual. My brickwork looks like it has just been freshly installed after she is finished with a job. She is indeed a professional, and I would definitely recommend her to family and friends. Thanks Peggy!!

I called Peggy Castle, the owner of Clear Seal, Inc., in Schiller Park, Illinois, to powerwash and apply a clear paver seal to my patio, walkways, and steps. I used Peggy Castle of Clear Seal a few years ago at the recommendation of Grant and Power Landscaping in West Chicago, Illinois. When Peggy initially came out a few years ago, she applied polymeric sand to my brick pavers and did a fantastic job. We talked about sealing the bricks which is what she completed May 15, 2013. On the first day, Peggy called before coming out and arrived at my property promptly at the scheduled time. She thoroughly powerwashed all the hardscape including my brick wall pavers. She told me that she would return the next day to apply the sealant. Once again, she called about 20 minutes before her arrival and arrived promptly at the designated time. She applied 2 coats of cobble coat clear sealant to the patio, walkways, and steps. She took time to apply the sealant so that it was applied evenly and she thoroughly covered every brick including the areas in between the bricks. The hard surfaces are now glistening and just beautiful!! The brick pavers look as if they were just newly installed!!! She did an amazing job in recovering the beauty of the bricks. She was a joy to work with, and I would definately recommend her to all of my family and friends. She did an exceptionally high quality job which I truly appreciate. Thanks Peggy!!

Peggy called the morning of the application of the sand. She gave me an approximate time of when she'd be over. She arrived promptly within her time frame and thouroughly powerwashed the brick. As the brick needs time to dry before applying the polymeric sand, she returned in two days to put down the sand. The brick looks so much better now. She even came back to realign and level several of the bricks on my front and back steps. I was really impressed with her work. She did an excellent job and I would hire her again.
