I would use them again as a last resort. I was there maybe about 2 and a half hours. It was kind of long but then again it's a larger place so they take the appointments first and the walk ins after, when they can fit them in. Seeing that's the only car that I can drive, I'm stuck there. If you have major service that takes over a day, they have courtesy vehicles.

I got a price for a part for the car. I was planning on having it done until I got the price. Turns out the service cost was going to be like three times what the part cost was so when I can afford it I'll take it someplace else. The estimate was way too high.

I get the best service there. Sometimes they talk me into replacing something. Unless you really have somebody that you trust with your car, going through the dealer is the best. They do good work. They could lower their prices. They are good. I wouldn't have any problem recommending them.

I was told the DRL's couldn't be activated in my model, the A/C needed a pressure valve, and that the engine head had failed. A spark plug sleeve had backed out of the head, causing loss of compression, and the only solution was to replace the head. I was told the vehicle would be ready in about a week, and when the week was over I couldn't get my service writer on the phone. At two weeks the car was ready, but when I picked it up the A/C still didn't work. I made a 'waiting' appointment, hoping the mechanic just forgot to plug something in. After a couple of hours the service writer said it was low on freon, and they added some plus dye to help find any leaks. I found the car parked in exactly the same place I left it, and the A/C still didn't work. I was told I'd need a third appointment, on a different day, and that I'd be given a loaner car.  I dropped the car off in the morning, and was told it was ready that same evening. The service writer said they found an electrical problem, and it would be an additional $300 over the $4000 I was charged for the initial repairs. When I went to pick up the car, I refused to pay the $300, because I'd already paid to have it fixed. They didn't argue at all, and dropped the charges.

Always get good and prompt service, never have to wait long for it to be complete.

Went in on a Thursday evening - waited awhile for a test drive, but once in the vehicle, it went well. Was able to test two vehicles. Then went inside to talk about price. We negotiated for awhile, but were not happy with the price. Left that night and Connie called next day to check if we were still interested and to bring our trade back in to see if the GM would give us more for the trade. We were able to work out a deal the next night. Drove home with the vehicle that night. Love it!

Went well. Had to order the part which was on back order. Gave me a rental car for free since everything was still under warranty.

Took car in for service. Service was great.

They were great. They were very personable and not too pushy.

We thought the overall experience was excellent. Initially we asked a few questions to Matt, the Internet manager, during an Internet chat. He then referred us to Bob Bauer, a salesman, when we went in to drive the truck. Bob is great. He is very much a professional at his job. He treated us with respect, concerned about our concerns, and made the whole experience of buying this car easy. He took us for a test drive, answered all our questions, pointed out the cool features of the truck and some of the many options. We decided to purchase the truck a few days later. We brought in our own financing from our own bank, so as far as the financing part of the transaction goes, we cannot really comment on that aspect. Just go in knowing what your credit score is, and do your homework first. We didn't want to find out if we could get a better rate than our bank because we enjoy working with our bank and we were very happy with the rate we received. The prices of Zeiglers vehicles are extremely competitive, and we did a ton of research to determine that Zeigler had the truck for us. We are super thrilled with our new addition to the family, and encourage those who are looking for a new Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler to talk to Bob Bauer at Zeigler in Schaumburg. Since I needed to get my truck fixed for emissions testing I brought it in to Ziegler for repairs. When they called with the estimate, I was under the impression that it was a difficult part to replace. However, being attached to the exhaust system with easy access to it makes me wonder why the "labor" was so expensive.

I will definitely keep going back there. It was expensive, but to their credit, everything was spot on with the quote that they gave me. Sometimes with dealers, they charge you more than they estimate but not these guys. My brakes still squeak after the brake inspection because it was an additional charge to fix them. I decided I did not want to pay for it yet.

THEY SAID THEY BALANCED AND ALIGNED ALL THE WHEELS AND I FOUND OUT THEY ONLY CHANGED THE WEIGHTS ON THE FRONT WHEELS. THAT MEANS THEY DID NOT BALANCE THE WHEELS AT ALL SINCE ALL FOUR HAVE TO BE DONE. I ENDED UP TAKING IT SOMEWHERE ELSE IN OHIO.

PRICE GIVEN FOR TRADE IN WAS GOOD. SALESMAN AND MANAGER WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY GAVE US THE BEST PRICE AND FINANCING THAT THEY COULD.
