Woodfield Garage Doors

Woodfield Garage Doors (sister company to North Shore Garage Doors) provided excellent service. My installer, Vernon, was professional, punctual, very friendly and exceptionally neat and tidy. He left the job area maybe a bit cleaner than when he arrived! The office team were great to work with from my initial contact with Louis, to my day of service contact with John, to my after installation call from the owner Will. Everything was top notch - I felt like a member of my family did this job for me!

The service I received today is very unprofessional and ridiculous. I had my first service with this company in April, but the garage door is not working again. I called the company for the second check and thought it's still under the warranty time. When the tech came in, he looked around and told me that he could not tell me what was wrong with it because I might not want to have the service if he told me. This is the ridiculous answer I never heard! I told the guy that I need to know what's wrong with it, and then, I will probably need the service. Bottom line is that the tech did not really check into what the problem is. The is the worst service I never received.

Excellent! I called and actually spoke to a human. He said he would send Joe out and could schedule the appointment same day! We had a heavy snow today too. Joe arrived right on time and reprogrammed the keypad, and lubricated the door. This is customer service at its best and quality workmanship. The place we usually used went down south for the Winter (Phone said they were gone until March). Another place we used one time before (thats highly rated on this site) never even returned my call from 2 days ago. So Woodfield Garage Doors is who we will use for all future garage door needs.

Joe, my installer did a fantastic job and the door looks and works great! From beginning to the end always stayed in touch. Would definitely recommend. And also a great price.

It went very well, he came out saw that the motor for old opener was not working. I had another opener so it was installed on the spot and it works perfectly.

Came same day I called. Price was similar to other quotes I received for the long life springs. Installation went well and all seems to work fine.
