We had fogged glass in a bedroom window and in a custom garden window. The garden widow was particularly problematic because it leaked after a strong rain storm. We contacted several companies about replacing the glass and were frustrated because no one wanted to do the work primarily because of the garden window. Mike at Window & Door Connection gave us a very reasonable quote for all the work and gave us a detailed explanation of the garden window problem. While we were considering a total replacement, Mike cautioned against it due to appearance issues that would remain after the window was replaced. We were impressed by his knowledge and integrity in not trying to sell us a new window. When the work was completed, he explained what he did to seal the garden window to prevent any future fogging or leaking. Of all the contractors we have retained over the years, Mike will be one of the very select few who we will remember and appreciate for his quality work and the confidence we have that the job was done extremely well. We give Mike and Window & Door Connection our thanks and highest recommendation to anyone looking to repair or replace a window.

NOT GOOD. Initially contacted Michael Welch the early part of June. Set up an appointed for June 10th at 2 PM. On the day that he was to drop by and measure the windows, his truck broke down so we rescheduled for the next Saturday, June 17th. The day came and went and no Michael and no phone call. By this time I was getting concerned because he was rated so high. I called him on the 19th and he said there was so much going on etc., that he totally forgot about the appointment and said he would be back in touch with me after apologizing. It's now June 27th and I haven't heard a peep from him. I'm going to find another installer.

W&D did a great job on my custom window repair. It was an odd shaped window so I was a bit concerned the new glass would fit, however all went well. They were very responsive and punctual, professional in our interactions, and did a great job of cleaning up after the work.

Called them about a window that we have that would not open and stay. They had an installer in the area and he was here in an hour. Fixed

I read another "F" review on this provider but decided to try anyway because they are convenient. After leaving a message on (3) separate occasions over a 3 week time span and a note on their web site, I have to agree with the previous review. I'm not sure why this company is even on the "Angies List". They must be super busy. No response from any of my correspondence. Good luck to them.

I contacted WINDOW & DOOR CONNECTION INC by Angie's List listing, 'contacting' by the company's web site, and pleaded over these media and a phone message.  A bird flew into our dining room window and I needed board-up service and eventual window pane repair/replacement.  Over the last 72 hours I have not heard back from WINDOW & DOOR CONNECTION INC.  I would not contact them if you need a quick response.

I am selling my townhouse and one of the four window panes had a vapor leak that we needed to fix.  Michael Welch, the owner, came out himself, on a Saturday morning, exactly on time, to measure my window and provide me the estimate of $300 to replace the glass.  I was able to get an appointment for the first available weekend appointment that weekend (2 days after I called).  He asked for a down payment so he could order the window and gave me a preliminary invoice.  He told me the window would need to be ordered and would arrive in about 14 days.  I made an appointment 21 days out on the Saturday after the window would be ready.  When we called to confirm the appointment, he promptly responded and said he will see us there at the agreed upon time. He showed up exactly on time for our 10am appointment (actually rang the doorbell 2 minutes early), replaced the window glass, and was done in less than 30 minutes.  He was very professional, quick, prompt, punctual, friendly, and easy to work with. I am picky when it comes to service and he was very polite and helpful and even answered questions I had about windows in general. You could tell he knew what he was doing.  He even noticed that one of my other window panes was replaced based on how the glass looked.  The window and labor was $300 total and the window has a 10 year warranty.  I highly recommend Window & Door Connection Inc. for your window glass replacement needs.

Contacted them based on other outstanding reviews where the exact same service was needed.  Initial phone call was very informative, giving pricing for door fix and replacement.
A second call to schedule went as planned.  We were a bit out of there service area for a call like this, so paid an extra $25 dollars.  Worth every bit.
Mike showed up, pulled the door out, fixed, replaced, aligned, and the door performs much better now.  We discussed replacing, and Mike suggested using the door at least through next summer.  Even with wheel replacement, the door is probably approaching the end of it's lifetime, so we'll definitely be calling back when it's time for replacement.

The installer was very professional and friendly. He gave us a quote and was able to install that same time since he had the materials that were needed already. He did a great job and cleaned up any debris.

Second time using this contractor.  They replaced a patio door and some of the surrounding carpentry.  They are thoroughly professional, very friendly and very informative.

WDC windows is a good choice for replacement windows.   As the second owner of our townhouse, we found out that the window warranty didn't extend to us and we had 8 windows that had failed leaving a film on the inside.  I had a difficult time finding window companies that would do replacement window inserts, resulting in two local companies providing bids WDC being one of them.  I chose WDC because of the ten year warranty when they matched the other dealers price, and I'm very glad I did.
Our installer Michael Welch did and outstanding job, while doing everything possible to protect our furnishings.  
Hopefully I wouldn't need to replace anymore windows, but if I do, I will definitely use WDC.

Mike, the owner of Window and Door Connection, INC. came out to assess, order, and replace a cracked window.   After he ordered the window replacement, he was out within 2 weeks to replace it.  The whole process went smoothly.  Mike was quick and efficient in installing the window.  He even saved the old window and carefully wrapped it in cardboard for my disposal.    The removal of the old window and installation of the new window only took about an hour.  Mike made sure that everything was clean after the installation.  Mike was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.  I would definitely use his company again!

Mike was just wonderful to work with!  He was friendly and professional and very honest!  He didn't try to BS me about certain
products and try to upsell me!
It was great working with a company that still does business this way! 
We are using him again and have already recommended him to our family!

After a break-in we needed window glass replaced.  They were very quick to respond and we able to come out and measure my window to get the glass ordered.  Very quick and professional service.  Would use again for my glass needs.

It was good.  I had to call a few times to schedule and we were a smaller project for them and once they did get prepared it was fine.

They were professional.  The guy came out, looked at it, told us what we would need, and how we would go about doing it.

Our dog recently broke our single pane window in our living room(she had already broken the storm window glass months before!) and the temperature at night was supposed to be in the 40's so needless to say we needed to get our window fixed ASAP.   I spoke with them about my problem the same day it happened and within an hour they were at my home replacing not only the broken window pane, but the storm window pane as well!  He was extemely careful, very polite and professional.   I would highly recommend Windoor & Door Connection Inc. to anyone!  Thanks again!
