We were completely ripped off and they gave us an accelerated interest rate even though they stated in the beginning we should have the best interest due to excellent credit history. We were also previous customers of them. We sent several surveys exclaiming our terrible experience and no one ever got in touch with us regarding this. We did not find out the higher interest rate until the closing. We were stuck with the other party waiting to move in and due to the situation we were forced to take the deal. To add to the situation, in the beginning we put $10,000 down to lock the lower interest rate. Terrible experience.
