It was very good. They actually worked right with my insurance guys and my insurance guys are like in the roof and they replaced it all, that was the insurance totally so it was great. My roof looks nice, I had no bad issues. It's fine.

They were excellent. They worked very well with the insurance adjustors. They were good about calling you back. I couldnt decide on what type of roof he to use. He brought back different types of roofs so i could look at them and make the decision.

They were very fast and picked up all of the nails and debris. They took away all of the old shingles and roofing paper. In a day they had
ripped off the old shingles and paper and by nightfall they were done installing and cleaning up. We have a muliti-tier roof. They installed Owens-Corning shingles with a life-time warranty.
They identified 2 sheets of wood that needed to be replaced and checked the gutters to be sure that they were attached properly after redoing the roof.

I chose this company because they had replaced several roofs in my neighborhood after a bad summer storm, and I was impressed with how the neighbors' projects went.  I thought the product looked great, the crew worked quickly but with care, and the company rep (Tim) was responsive.  My only complaint is that I didn't get any of the leftover shingles and wanted those to have on hand for any future, minor repairs. 

Very professional, had inspector on site and corrected any problem noted before the job was completed. Very pleased, would use again.

The number one thing that comes to mind regarding them is that they wouldn’t do any work unless they saw what my insurance company was paying me.  They did a very good job work wise, but during the initial negotiation phase they didn’t want to do anything unless they get a feel of what my insurance company was paying me.  They were also waiting to see that to quote their price.

The workmanship was good. Their products were good. I had no problems with the workers. They cleaned up everything after the completion of the work. I would recommend them to other members also as they are very professional. My experience was good with them. I would use their service in the future too.

We had hail damage on our roof and gutters. They worked with our insurance company, acutally met with the insurance adjuster. They negotiated a price with the insurance. They did a great job and the insurence paid for everything minus our deductable.

Work was complete in one day as promised. Supervision was at the site throughout the day. Bushes were covered to protect from falling debris. Work site was completely cleaned. Job was completed as promised at the cost in the proposal. They worked with my insurance company to assure the insurance claim was paid promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company for any roof repair. Courteous and returned phone calls promptly.

I called them back and they told me the house was defective and I would have to reconstruct this part of the house. I have never had this trouble with any other companies, just them. The flashing was hammered down. They later told me they never touched this. It is going to be a large repair bill. I would not recommend them! Price reflects my insurance copay.

The crew that performed the tear off and replacement were outstanding,professional, clean. What was very impressive was the fact that they were concerned about our needs and not just getting the job done. The task was completed in (2) two long days. The driveway and yard were always kept clean. So far I have only found a couple of nail in the rear flower bed. My one concern is that When I request a detail estimate Brandon explained that they just use the Insurance Company estimate, and that the response to my email request for additional information were very slow if at all.
