We got an Angie's List discount. The Advisor who gave us the estimate and the Field Supervisor who came out ahead to walk through the details were very helpful in getting us ready for this major project. The job site foremen for each part of the work were all outstanding. The workers overall were professional and courteous, had good attitudes, and were tremendously hard working. It took three days to do everything. The perimeter drain required jackhammers and our crawl space was not very high. Debris went out of the house in buckets. They took great care cleaning the worksite and leaving things in good shape. We appreciated their conscientiousnous and very comprehensive work process. 

The problem has been miss diagnosed over and over from the beginning and all they cared about was to sell you a service you don't need and try to collect.  Thank God I insisted the full payment will only be made after the problem is fixed (which they always say wait for a couple of days before testing)  The issue has NEVER been ground water, when Gary 1st came out, we did a ground water test and there was NO leak.  Since then I’ve had over ½ a dozen service people visit my house, only to focus on your “membrane” and the fact that’s not leaking from that area.  The issue was never the area between the foundation and brick to start with. The service techs went on to recommend:- Tuck pointing- Flashing- Sealing around the electrical outlets- Replace, extend gutters
I spent $1,000s of dollars on removing/reinstalling the back patio, flashing, tuck pointing, gutters while the issue all along was an unsealed pipe in the back and missing flashing in the front.
I KINDLY REQUEST THE REFUND OF MY MONEY IN FULL, I wish I can also ask for reimbursement of the money I spent on tuck pointing, carpenter, gutter guy and all the time I spent back-n-forth to meet your guys.
This entire experience has been a very expensive, lengthy and frustrating for both me and my tenant.

I called U.S. Waterproofing because water was coming into the basement, I thought through the wall or floor.  The appointment was easy to make and Jason came on time.  He realized that the water was from a leak in my sump pump pipe and it needed to be replaced.  He said they could do the work, but it probably would be cheaper to use a plumber.  This was great and very impressive!  Thank you, Jason!

I did actually use U.S. Waterproofing for a job in 2012.  They did excellent work and were the only company who diagnosed the problem correctly.

I needed a sump pump discharge bubbler pot moved farther inside my property's lot line and it had to be done within a 2 week deadline. I've used US Waterproofing before so I called them and they were able to move the sump discharge within the deadline, even though it was winter. (Luckily we had 1 Saturday with temperatures in the 40's!) Everyone from Dawn in their office, to Anthony who came  out for the estimate to the 2 men who actually did the work, went above and beyond to help me with this problem.

US Waterproofing just came out and replaced my sump pump and couldn't be happier! They came within the scheduled time window and did the install quickly and without any clean up necessary. The crew they sent out were very nice and easy to work with. I decided to go with them upon a recommendation of a coworker and was glad I did. The new system they installed is much quieter than the old one, so much so that I became worried and went down to check. Sure enough, it was working!
I will would recommend them to others and plan on keeping their phone number on file.

We contacted US Waterproofing to give us a professional opinion and estimate on repairing a crack in a wall of a home we were interested in buying.  We explained that we had very little time and would need to make a decision on how to proceed quickly.  Todd came out and was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable.  He explained what their company would do.  We provided him with an engineer's report so he would have all of the details.  We were told we would have a quote by the end of the day.  The seller and I contacted the company for 7 days before getting a reply.  The reply was that they did not want to quote on the job.  I totally understand if the job was beyond their ability and appreciate that they admitted that, but knowing that we were on a very tight timeline I can not overlook the lack of professionalism in contacting us.

It takes a while to get someone to come out to evaluate and quote the repair then the actual repair is another time.  The repair was done well.  The only thing I didn't feel comfortable with is that the people doing the actual repair said they would repair a part of the foundation topline for a "tip" and they were pushing for us to repair another crack that wasn't actively leaking.
