This bathroom had been torn out by another contractor because there was mold. Ultimate Builders (Simon) put it back together again so that it was (much) better than before. He did great work overall, but we were most pleased with the tile shower. Some tricky curves in the surface to be tiled and he had good ideas how to handle them and they turned out looking beautiful.
Simon was very responsive and offered alternatives on many points. Very much appreciated.
We called him back when there was some water dripping from the ceiling of the shower. Turned out there was a leak under the tub in the bathroom above the shower, unrelated to the work he had done. It looked like it was going to be expensive because it was under a cast iron tub. In order to get to the leak we thought we were going to have to take out the tub ($$$) or tear out the beautiful shower ceiling he had just done. However, in talking it over with him, we figured out a clever way to access the area where the leak was and the job turned out to be simple and inexpensive.
