+ -1 moreWe had a pre-existing appointment with The Chimney Sweeps to clean our chimney on a Saturday in late May. I was perplexed when I received a phone call about two weeks prior, confirming an appointment for the following weekday morning. I tried to explain to the male caller that we did not, in fact, have an appointment for the next day ... my husband and I both work, and simply would never make weekday appointments. The guy became belligerent and insulting as I tried to explain there had been a mistake ... he cut me off, said in an insultingly loud voice, GOOOOOOD BYYYYEEEEEE! and hung up. He never showed for the Saturday appointment that was on the books. I will never, ever use this company again, and will spread the word to others to do likewise.
Description of Work: Tried to confirm a bogus appointment; became nasty, sarcastic, and hung up on me.
