 + -1 moreIt went well. In the end I decided to get a laptop Mac but my time at the Apple store was fine. I've had Macs for years but usually got them online. This was only my second trip to an Apple store but it was quite pleasant. The staff was helpful, the ambiance was great and seeing all those products made me want to buy everything. I did buy a new Mac from their online store several weeks later.
Description of Work: I was looking for a new desktop for the office and stopped in to look at iMacs. Someone greeted me at the door and took me over to the display. I had plenty of time to try out the iMac and ask questions. I also browsed through the software available for sale. I had a question about one thing and was directed to a different person who answered my questions but didn't pressure me to buy anything.

 + -1 moreMy husband uses Apple literally all of the time. I mean, we're just Apple people. The machines are great. You have to get one. The service is amazing. They're just wonderful. The people you come in contact with through them are great and we have all good stuff to say about them.

 + -1 moreYOU CAN SAVE A COUPLE OF DOLLARS HERE AND THERE BY PURCHASING THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, AND MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH THE SAME HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE, NO MATTER WHERE YOU PURCHASED YOUR SYSTEM.
Description of Work: I WAS IN NEED OF A NEW LAPTOP FOR WORK, AND STOPPED IN TO SEE WHAT THEY OFFERED (HAD NEVER CONSIDERED AN APPLE COMPUTER IN THE PAST). SALES STAFF WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL. NO HIGH-PRESSURE SALES TECHNIQUES, AND VERY HONEST AS TO PRICING (COULD HAVE SAVED A COUPLE OF DOLLARS ONLINE). AFTER A NIGHT TO SLEEP ON IT, I CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND BOUGHT A COMPLETE SYSTEM. FOLLOW UP AFTER THE SALE WAS EXCELLENT AS WELL.
