My salesman named Greg Mayer was patient, courteous and extreamely helpful in answering all my questions and researching answers for me. You see I'm not your average consumer. I am a tough cookie and I need to be educated in order to make decisions. My purchase was not without dilemma for somehow my order was sold out from underneath me and the product discontinued. I was greatly dismayed if not perturbed. Now I do realize our world is not perfect and things can go wrong but, it's how one rectifies the situation that leaves the everlasting impression.
