Everything was on time. We were kept informed when crews would be here and our were messages were quickly returned. The crews were efficient and did a great job of cleaning up.

They were fine. The price wasn't bad. They were good. I would use them again and refer them. sc

On the appointed day (in mid May) of the proposal meeting Ron called and said he had to reschedule, and we did. My wife and I had to cancell and reschedule the second proposal meeting due to a death in the family, so a third meeting was set up. On the day of the(rescheduled) proposal meeting Ron's wife called us to say he couldn't make it because he had to go watch his daughter in some activity. She then told my wife that she would "e-mail the invoice" to us. My wife heard Ron correct her in the background and she said she meant she would "e-mail the proposal". My wife gave her her e-mail address and we waited....and waited...and waited. Finally on Friday July 18th, after six weeks of waiting, I called Ron and asked him what was up. Did he want the job or not. Why we hadn't heard back from him, etc. He apologized and said that they were very busy and he had forgotten to send us the proposal. He then stated that he was on a job and couldn't send it just then but would definitely send it the next day (Saturday July 19th). I gave him MY e-mail address and waited....and waited...and - NOTHING. No call, no proposal, nada.
I wish I was in such a great position as this guy apparently is - being able to totally ignore a potential client willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars for a major rehab project. Or maybe he couldn't handle as large a scope of work as we were considering - he could have told us so up front. Or maybe he's just plain RUDE. In any case, why would I or anyone trust this man to do a quality job on-time and within budget after such unprofessional and thoughtless treatment?

The experience was very positive. RJ went above and beyond to help us through the entire process. They did excellent work.

I can't recommend them enough. They were great. I didn't have to worry about it being done right as I do not live in the same city.

I thought is was reasonable, he did good work. He did quality work, they were professional and they cleaned up after themselves. The owner is a pleasant guy and gave me an estimate. I'll probably do something again if I ever need something again.

Things worked well. He just gave a quote and they came out on time. They were done pretty fast and they worked out really well. They looked really good.
