Description of Work: I had a closing at this compnay in August 2009. The closing agent was extremely unprofessional, was involved in multiple closings at the same time, and in fact, I was unable to close on the day of the scheduled closing, due to an error on the closer's part. She indicated that the wire had not come through from my lender, when indeed, it had. The money was then withdrawn by my lender, resulting in me being unable to close until 2 business days (4 calendar days) later. I was at the closing company for a total of 6 hours that day. I just contacted the company to request records from that closing, as I am refinancing my original loan, and I was treated rudely by the person I talked to to request these records. I was not given an answer or a timeframe in regards to whether or not I would even be able to obtain these records. I am not even sure if I am going to be contacted to let me know if they can "track them down" or not. Really? These documents are not even two years old. I had thought that my first experience with this company was just an isolated incident. After this experience, two years later, I am not so sure that is the case.
