The agent was proactive and polite. She helped me look for something that we were looking for. She was very professional and she would continue monitor property that we were looking for.

I had previously been trying to sell my condo in the Northwest suburbs for close to two years with various one-fee brokers and full service brokers. Eventually, I ended up doing a short sale, getting an offer and losing the buyer because my mortgage company kept re-selling the loan. During that time my agent lost interest and told me just to foreclose.
I was bound and determined to not just and quot;forecloseand quot; as I had come so close and even got an approval after the buyer walked and my former agent walked. So one Saturday I just happened to walk into ReMax's office and said I was looking for a Broker to work with. That is when I met my Broker. Within the week my unit was re-listed and we had a buyer. Another month later it closed - even after a few minor bumps in the road.
Overall, my experience on the selling side with ReMax was great - I had no issues and would definitately consider ReMax and my Broker again.

She has sold every single house we have owned. She is amazingly conscientious. She looks at every person as being the most important. She is a Type A personality. She just does her best on everything. She is that kind of person.
