They're my go-to guys. It was competitive, they charged me nominal. There were some water puddles when they were done with the work. They did clean up a lot, but not all the way. Other than that issue everything else was fine.

I selected all tiles, the vanity cabinet and marble top, the medicine cabinet, and the towel racks. This cost me about another $1800.00 plus the $5959.00.

We have been very happy clients of Perfect Home since 2004. John and his crew have remodeled both of our bathrooms, painted almost every room in our house, installed new kitchen counters and a new patio door, plus repaired and retiled our hall floor after plumbers dug up our slab foundation to repair a broken pipe (nightmare!). This month they upgraded our laundry room, installed a Corian countertop, drop in utility sink, tile backsplash, cabinets, new floating vinyl tile floor, stacked washer and dryer, surrounds to enclose our appliances stained to (perfectly) match the cabinets, and new closet shelving system. A laundry room remodel may seem low-priority, but this is the first room anybody sees coming in from our garage or side door and the transformation from a cramped, depressing space with a half-concrete, half-linoleum tile floor, no place to fold or hang clothes and insufficient storage to what we have now has made a real difference in our enjoyment of our home. Perfect Home's craftsmanship--especially with tile--is exquisite. Their work standards and attention to detail are exemplary and have never wavered since we first contracted them in 2004. They clean up their messes EVERY DAY and their estimates are more than fair. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any type of remodel you have in mind.

My experience with John and Perfect Home was wonderful. His workers are polite, highly skilled and conscientious. John came out to my home for an estimate right away- he returned every call promptly and his workers were always on time! (I know this sound untrue but it is!!) It took about 1 week for him to get the estimate out to me. The demo part of my job was quick and pretty painless and his workers cleaned the site every night before leaving. There were no surprises with the exception of re-routing some electrical outlets which they handled. They worked quite quickly- the whole job lasting 4 weeks. About 1 week after they finished I noticed some cracking in the grout on my bathroom floor (we live in a 125 year-old home) and a small crack in the base of our pedestal sink. John came out right away to re-grout and replaced the pedestal with a brand new one. My relationship with John and his workers always felt honest and professional.
