After checking Angie's List, I contacted P & P Computers, Games, and More, LLC to ask them if they could repair my very loose DC jack.  When I called, I initially talked with Mark.  He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and informative.  He told me that I could bring the computer in at my convenience for assessment.   I took the machine in the next day, and Mark was just as helpful and pleasant in person as he was on the phone.  When I called the next day, Zec the computer specialist had completed the repair on the laptop.  He thoroughly explained what had to be done and he recommended that I wait 24 hours to pick up the computer so they could monitor the repair.  Thus, it only took two days to have the computer back at home and functioning again.  When I picked up the computer, Zec accepted an Angie's List coupon which was very helpful.  Pricing was extremely reasonable.  This company was just wonderful to work with.  Mark and Zec were professional, friendly, and very prompt in returning my repaired computer.  Mark even offered helpful suggestions in the upkeep of the computer.  I will definitely use this company again.  I do plan to recommend this company to family and friends.  Thanks P & P Computers for all of your help!!

I worked with Pavel and found him to be very knowledgable about computers and cell phones.  He provided a written estimate which I needed for a claim.  When approved, the parts were pre ordered to minimize repair time.  Both items were repaired properly, timely and I would use their services again.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Extremely quick service. My XBOX 360 started giving the dreaded ?Open Tray? error where it won?t recognize any disc I inserted into the system. I went to P&P and Pavel explained the possible causes which are consistent from my own research. Pavel gave me a range of quotes and explained the final costs will depend on the cause. He also asked if I am still under warranty because I could get it fixed by Microsoft for free. (which I am not but I appreciate his honesty)
Pavel called back later and told me the costs to repair the XBOX. I gave the approval and he told me to pick it up in 1 hour. The whole process took few hours to complete. The Microsoft route would?ve cost more and I will have to deal with the shipping hassles and wait for weeks.
I wished I found P&P earlier when I had the same DVD issue with my daughter?s Wii. I ended up buying a refurbish system. P&P could?ve fixed it in fraction of the costs and I wouldn?t have to lose some of the game data. I noticed they fixed other electronic equipment, smart phones, and computers as well. I feel fortunate to have a store like P&P near where I live.

Complete OS and driver install on laptop.  If you want a shop for superior work, use them.  They are in Schaumburg.

The service was done correctly and on time.

My mom's computer was not working properly. We took the tower to P and P, and after diagnosing it, they said her tower was fine and it was probably a problem with the connections, to try again at home.  We still couldn't get her computer to run, so we called and set up an appointment for them to come and look at it. They came the next day, figured out where the connection issue was, and fixed it. My mom is elderly, so having them come to the house, rather than us run back and forth lugging her tower and/or monitor, was something we were very happy they did. We felt the price was well worth it and reasonable. Thanks P and P!

P & P fixed my nephew's xbox which hadn't been running right. The xbox had been overheating and my nephew did not know where to have it fixed. Fortunately, we did as we had had our computer fixed by them a month before and we found out they also fixed gaming equipment. I took it in the day I got it from my nephew and it was ready within a day. They have coupons on their website which lowered the cost even further. They called me to tell me it was ready. One of our desktop computers had crashed. We had gone out to purchase a new one, which wound up being a mess (plus we would be stuck with Windows 8 which we did not want on the desktop). I canceled that order and came to Angie's List, something I should have done immediately. I found P & P and gave them call. They were extremely helpful over the phone and explained that our old computer could be fixed. I am not technically inclined and they were fantastic explaining things to me. We dropped the tower off that day. They fixed it and made improvements we wanted on it. It was done when they said it would be and they called me to tell me it was ready! (This is something I have never had before with computer repair. I have always had to call and wait for a call back. I appreciated they're calling me.) The price was exactly what was quoted and it was very reasonable. They basically saved us $1200 over the cost of a new computer, that wasn't what we wanted, and gave us our computer back in a 'bionic' state (better, stronger, faster). They were professional and I would highly recommend them. They are now our "go to guys". Thanks P & P!!
