I HAD ORIGINALLY CONTACTED PATRICE A YEAR AGO AFTER GETTING HER FLYER IN THE MAIL. SHE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS AND WHEN I HAD DECIDED TO PUT OFF BUYING FOR ANOTHER YEAR, SHE DID NOT PRESSURE ME. WHEN I GOT A REAL ESTATE AGENT, THE AGENT TRIED TO GET ME TO USE ONE OF THEIR MORTGAGE PEOPLE, BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. I THEN CALLED PATRICE AND SHE RETURNED MY CALL WITHIN 5 MINUTES. PATRICE HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE AND POSITIVE DESPITE ALL OF THE CHANGES THAT HAVE HAPPENED. THE FIRST CONTRACT FELL THROUGH AFTER THE HOME INSPECTION AND IN ORDER TO SAVE MY RATE, SHE TURNED THE MORTGAGE OUT FOR THE 2ND PLACE IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
Description of Work: PATRICE HELPED ME WITH A NO-MONEY DOWN MORTGAGE, AND SET IT UP SO THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY PMI.

IWONA WAS THE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL. SHE WAS PROACTIVE, ACCOMMODATING, AND RESPONSIVE. MADE THE ENTIRE PROCESS A BREEZE. I RECOMMEND HER WITH NO QUALMS WHATSOEVER.
