Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
He came out promptly for consult but it took a few days to get a quote. He installed the sink and measured the countertop wrong. Countertop was still not in right. Installed oven and cook top which both did not work the next day. The cook top leaked gas. After 3 attempts to fix it we ended up calling the other companies to fix the problem. They had to correctly do what Chuck did the day before incorrectly. Oven was wired incorrectly, needed more electricity. Oven again stopped working completely again, it was wired wrong. Put foot through ceiling. On 4 to 5 occasions Chuck said he would be out, never showed and never called. Started project 2/07, it is and still not done 6/07. Have had multiple calls gone unanswered and our countertop is still not finished. He scratched and bowed our cabinets while installing counter. Very, Very Unprofessional and doesn't seem to know what he is doing. Needs to learn to run his business professionally and finish what he starts.
