Was recommended to this shop by the people that do my auto repair. Called them on the phone first to get general info on remote starters. The owner, Mark, explained everything, gave a cost quote, and explained the process to get the work done. Everything went as planned, they got it done on time, at the quoted cost, and it works great. The installers in the shop are much better trained that the people at Best Buy who do this type of work. I'd recommend this shop to anyone.
