They were very good, very professional. I had a good experience and was quite satisfied. They were very clear and concise in what they were going to do and how they would do it. They approached us in non hurried fashion and seemed genuinely interested in what we needed and wanted.

I go to MT regularly to have my gray hair colored.  I go to Si or Enza. They are both great.  Very good at doing a great job of making my hair color look very natural.  The color stays fresh and vibrant. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly- I highly recommend both of them.

Laura at the Tricoci location on Woodfield drive does an amazing job. She is professional and listens to what you want and makes suggestions if your not sure a style will work on you. She will be my stylist for many more years to come.

I called Mario's to schedule a future appointment . The girl that answered was super nice. I briefly explained to her what I was going through and what I was looking to have done. She put me on a brief hold and to my surprise they were able to fit me in. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my hair!!! :)

My experience with them was okay. It was nice. I spent a lot on their services and that's why I don't go there anymore, but they do good work. They charge probably $60 or $70 for a regular haircut. It's a really nice place and it's kind of swanky. So I feel like it's worth spending the money. There's nothing super special though. I will use them again in the future.

They are all licensed. I can have the same stylist or they will choose one for me. It is a very large salon. They keep it clean. I tell them what I need and it usually works out. They do nails. The cuts are good and it is a friendly staff. They do modern looks and they stay young and fresh. They are comparable to other salons in Chicago. I do not think that I have had many haircuts that are less than that. They are on time with their appointments. They do a good job and they listen to me. I have a lot of hair and they will blow dry it until it is completely dry. I will continue to use them.

Something more than a trim that was it, and it was 75.00 - which I think is very pricey for a haircut.....

We have been there for a couple of times and they are excellent. They are good and I have no complains.

It was good. I have been seeing Jeannel for over 12 years. She is just great. She is also an instructor so she teaches other hair dressers. They are very pleasant and efficient.

I have been going here for years. They do a great job. I have also gotten haircuts and facials here.

It is a chain so they have 5 or 6 different offices. He is the owner and I get massages with different people there. I spend about $120. They are very professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with the service they provide.

My last visit was for a pedicure. I will use them again in the future.
