LOWES OF SCHAUMBURG

They are really good. They confirm the measurements and come to install it when it comes in. They installed the door, and it works perfectly.

They were very excellent. They were very efficient, and cleaned up after themselves which was also nice. The job went by smoothly.

They couldn't find anything that would work for us. I don't think they gave us the help that they could've. However they did seem to have a decent selection of products.

We could not find what we wanted here. Estimated cost: $1,200.

I am making improvements to my mother's house in the suburbs. Some new appliances were needed. After much research we decided on a Bosch brand dishwasher, and Lowe's had the best prices. The salesman was very knowledgeable, and helped us make our model choice. Lowe's was having a special for free delivery/installation, so that saved us another $140. Our model had to be special ordered, and Lowe's called us that afternoon to confirm the order had been placed, and also called us as soon as it arrived to schedule delivery and installation. The whole process was made easy by the staff at Lowe's.

Contractor initially came to my residence to survey the job and approve before accepting the job. Several days later, contractor delivered and installed the replacement patio door. Removal of old door and disposal included. The contractor was on site for about four hours. The door has been installed for about 8 weeks now and we are very satisfied with the quality and installation. There has been no adjustments required.

It was a little slower process than we would have liked. It took several days for the countertop company they (Lowe's)use to get in contact with us to schedule measure appointments. The appointment was scheduled for approximately two weeks after the time we spoke. After coming out to measure, it took a few more weeks for our counter to come in and then schedule another date for installation. The first counter that came had been measured wrong, so we had to wait again for another one to be made. Overall, it took longer than we wanted, but in the end everything finally came out okay. Our kitchen remodel associate at Lowe's was great and helped us throughout the process. It was not his fault, but perhaps Lowe's should hire different companies to do kitchen remodels since the company we dealt with did not seem to have regard for our time-frame. Experience with Lowe's was good, just not as good with the company they hired.

I can't rave enough about the kitchen associates at the Schaumburg store. They really go the extra mile. I placed my countertop order, and the store called twice both to check that the installation company had scheduled their appointments with me. The installation company used by Lowes was very courteous. I dealt with Vicki who never hesitated to return a call, and provided me with her extension from the get go. Installation went off without a hitch, and the countertops look beautiful.

We purchased new kitchen cabinets at this store. I can't compliment the staff in the kitchen department enough on how helpful they were. From layout to delivery everyone was very friendly.

Quality product at a competitive price. Price included installation. Lowes called several times after the initial purchase to make sure the installer had set up appointment (next day) and then to make sure the installation was done correctly. Installer was very pleasant and professional and did a nice and neat installation.
