house cleaning
 + -1 moreThe first and second cleanings were great. The third cleaning was awful. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. The worst part about it is they didn't even bother to correct it or compensate me. They should have tried to rectify the situation and they didn't. I walked the owner through what my expectations were and it was still unsatisfactory. The only time she was able to come was 7 in the morning and she was unable to change that time slot. The price was excellent. They were nice people, but I will not have them back.
Description of Work: I have a 9 room, 2 1/2 bath, 2 level home. They did everything. They cleaned the floors, tile, vacuuming, washing, cleaned the kitchen, appliances, counter tops, all the knick knacks, glass shelves, bathrooms, all wet cleaning, tubs, showers, sinks, toilets and mirrors. What I consider typical of having cleaning services come to my house. They came out once every two weeks.

 + -1 moreWe had a problem as the cleaning crew damaged a hollow bathroom door having the stopper pushed into the door creating a hole. We requested they fix it and had to go to small claims court which proved time consuming and expensive which we decided not to pursue. We had no other alternative but to write a letter to a rating service in Chicago to remind people NOT to use this service as there is little recourse when things go awry.
Description of Work: We used Lotties cleaning service some time ago and they did a good job and we are fairly picky.

 + -1 moreI called Lottie and was favorably impressed by the professionalism. I was ready to use her cleaning ladies, but unfortunately we could not establish a mutually convenient time. This was the only reason I did not hire Lottie's Cleaning Service.
Description of Work: General every two week housecleaning.
