Furniture - Sales
WE ENJOYED THE PURCHASING PROCESS, BUT THE FURNITURE WE PAID SO DEARLY FOR HAS BEEN BREAKING DOWN ALMOST SINCE DAY 1. YOU DON'T SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND EXPECT TWO CHAIRS AND YOUR DRESSER TO STOP WORKING WITHIN ONE YEAR. WE HAVE CALLED MARSHALL FIELDS SEVERAL TIMES TO TALK TO SERVICE REPS, AND WE KEEP GETTING THE RUNAROUND. IT'S VERY DISAPPOINTING. MS. BREITHER HAS TRIED TO BE HELPFUL, BUT HER COMPANY HAS LEFT HER HANGING.
