This is the second time I've used Rich and Liberty in the past 5 years. I had hail damage to my house again this year and contacted Liberty based on the great job they did the first time. Rich, as before, provided me with an honest, competitive bid for re-roofing and re-siding my home. He worked with the insurance adjusters to make sure they understood the extent of the damage and settled my claim fairly and efficiently; Rich was a great advocate for me. Rich made a number of trips to my home to meet with the adjusters until we agreed on the extent of the damage. Rich made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed and that the work was done to my satisfaction. Rich's crews were very professional, courteous and did a great job with both the installation and clean up. Based on both of my experiences I have recommended Rich and Liberty to my friends and neighbors who have also used him for their homes. It's reassuring to know that Liberty is a local company that continues to provide service to its long-standing customers. I highly recommend Liberty Roofing and Rich.

Provider was extremely knowledgeable and honest with his assessment. We didn't know what the problem was and if we needed to fix anything. He gave us detailed information and recommended that we not invest the money with a roof repair at this time. Also note, as he was in the area, he was able to come within two hours of my call! All around excellent. I would not hesitate to use him!

Rich and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof, siding, gutter repair and in repairing ceiling damage from previous water intrusion (painting). His communication was prompt and clear, the work was done beautifully with full tarping and clean-up each day, the crew was courteous and professional, and Rich's follow-up two weeks after the job was done was greatly appreciated. His crew even worked late on a Saturday night and on a Sunday morning to accommodate our schedules. I cannot recommend highly enough and would not hesitate to use again.

Overall, I was pleased with them. They did a good job. They came out when they said they would. They worked for two or three days on the house. The roof and siding looks good. I was overall very pleased with the service.

It went well. It took about 3 full days to remove the old siding; install the Tyvek house wrap; the new Alside brand vinyl siding; then caulk & clean up. The house has a newer, cleaner look to it now.

They were excellent. We did our research on Angie’s List website and there was no issues reported on them. Therefore, as a result, we went with them, checked out everything and they did an excellent job for us. They were professional and it worked out great. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

During the 7.23.10 to 7.24.10 storm (which dumped over 8 inches of rain in less than 24 hours in the area I live), I suddenly had shingle damage to my roof, which started leaking. Rich was VERY prompt in returning my phone call, and said he would be out to take a look and see what needed to be done. Rich was there in 2 days (which I considered miraculous considering the storm damage to the entire area), performed the roof inspection, went into the attic to see if he locate the source of the leak, and repaired the damaged shingles all in the first visit. In addtion to performing the work requested, he educated us on how we were aging our roof faster by not having the proper ventilation in our attic. He was professional, quick, and very customer service oriented. I will definately contact Liberty Roofing again when I need to replace the roof.

I admit to being a very demanding customer. On their first scheduled appointment, Tim and Richard informed my husband that we did, indeed, have hail damage and that they would like to represent us with the insurance inspector. I called back and requested a written estimate of the damage and the work to be performed. I told them that I was not going to blindly pick a roofing company and that I needed more information from them before I made that decision. They came back and met with me, at which time I gave them an extensive list of questions that I wanted answers to. (I provided this list to all three roofing companies that I met with.) Richard stood with me and answered all of my questions both verbally and in writing, which took about an hour. His passion for his company and his work was very apparent. After I hired Liberty to replace my roof, Tim and Richard came to discuss the damage with the insurance adjustor and make sure that nothing was missed. After this, we scheduled the job and signed the contracts. We had a few glitches, which Tim and Richard handled with speed and professionalism. The supplier was late in delivering the shingles; Richard was on the phone with them several times, and he personnaly picked up the felt and ice and water shield so that his crew could continue working while we waited for the shingles. Even with that delay, the job was finished an hour ahead of schedule. The crew ws very good about double checking and cleaning up after the work was completed. I worked from home that day and was outside checking on their progress throughout the day. I took pictures for my husband, since he couldn't be there. I met with both Tim and Richard after the job was completed and am very pleased with their level of professionalism, even when things didn't go exactly as planned. They are respectful and courteous. Their crew was obviously experienced and did a fantastic job. I could not be more pleased with the results.
