Description of Work: I contacted this company to have them perform search engine optimization for my web sitem, including a redesign of the site if necessary. I spoke with a gentlemen for some period of time and I felt that this company provided the exact type of services I was looking for. I asked for a proposal and the gentleman told me he would have one to me in less than one week. Here it is, now almost six weeks later, and I have not heard a word or so much as received an e-mail. I do not know what this company's quality of work is like, but I called them because another Angie's List member gave them an "A" and highly recommended them. If you fail to call customers back in this economy, you are either too busy to take on new clients or don't care. In either case, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere.

 + -1 moreExcellent company to work with and very professional. If you have a website and are interested in using the internet to capture more customers I recommend Keyword First!
Description of Work: Mark updated our website to maximize our presence on Google and Yahoo. In addition, they analyzed our site and gave us keywords in order to capture more leads by using paid search.
