 + -1 moreThe crew was extremely respectful of myself and my property. They finished so quickly and so efficiently it was truly awesome to watch them work. And the way they cleaned up during and after the job, you would have never known they were ever even there if it wasn't for the beautiful ( and much safer!) new roof on my house. 10/10 would,will, and do recommend to everyone I know.
Description of Work: I thought we only needed a re-roof but after the owner got up there to do his free estimate, he advised that we do a complete tear off and re-roof and to replace a bunch of the plywood underneath. Never once did I feel like he was just trying to get me to spend more money. He got back up on the roof and showed me the spots that were starting to buckle under the weight from rotted plywood. I decided on having he and his crew (which included his very young,pretty ,and petite daughter who worked just as hard as the men, I might add!) Do the entire tear off and re-roof and never once felt pressure to do so. I only felt as if it were the best way to go based on his knowledge, experience , and fantastic reviews from friends,family, and neighbors who have all had him do their work as well.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate to have my roof replaced along with 3 skylights. The first call I received an answering machine so I left a message. I got a call back in about 3 days. I spoke with Mitch and he said he would be out to give me an estimate. 10 days went by with no contact and then i got a text message asking for my email address so he can send me the estimate. That was over 3 weeks ago and i still have not received an estimate. All told Mitch has had over a month and still has not given me an estimate. It is disappointing as they came highly recommended.

 + -1 moreHis work was done on time and in an excellent manner. They cleaned up all around the house and the only way you could tell they were there, was by the new roof. Highly recommend Kaiser Roofing for your work.

 + -1 moreThe only glitch was that roofing material fell into the vents of the plumbing system, causing drain backup and requiring a visit from the plumber. However, the roofers took care of the bill.
Description of Work: I was very pleased with Kaiser roofing. Mitch Kaiser gave me a quote for the job on the spot! It was succinct without an "excess words" that others had given me - quotes that said the same thing as Kaiser's quote but were confusing. He was available to answer all my questions and explained what everything meant so I was able to make an infomed decision and compare quotes from different companies. Having a roof completely removed and reshingled is a messy and noisy job! Clean up was complete with a minimum of disruption to the shrubs and lawn area. The workers were all pleasant and worked incredibly hard. Mitch was on site almost every day. I would recommend them without reservation.

 + -1 moreHe is absolutely first rate. Their prices are about average, but their quality is excellent, and the new roof really adds to the value of my home. They cleaned up after themselves well, and they were very professional. I recommended them to a friend who was absolutely thrilled with their service as well. He was not pushy or aggressive, and never gave me the impression he was trying to rip me off. I was very comfortable and happy with him, and it was a dream come true that I found him!
Description of Work: They tore off and replaced my entire (very large) roof, and put in new air vents for the sewer and cooking range.

 + -1 moreHired Kaiser Roofing to address a roof leak on my father's house. The response time was good with respect to scheduling the estimate and getting the work completed. The final results look good, and addressed the water intrusion issue. The only flaw I could see was that there was a section of flashing along one edge of the roof that wasn't exactly flush. At this point, however, I'm assuming it's not a significant funtional issue.
Description of Work: Did a tear off of a low-pitch porch roof at the rear of the house. The top layer of shingles on the rear ''triangle'' of the house was also replaced due to their interface with the porch roof.

Description of Work: 3/4 tear-off of roof, re-shingle and regutter, with new fascia updated to code.
