We agreed to have him do our work. He was to start Nov. 1 2022 and said he would call a few days before to finalize the plan. I called him Sunday Oct. 30 and all day yesterday and left multiple VM's and text messages and the simply did not return even one of them. We did a lot of work moving our things out of various cabinets as he said if we did this he would do the rest but instead he left us high and dry.

Jerry said he would show up on Friday to start project. Friday came and he said Monday then on Monday he said Tuesday he would be there. Then on Tuesday Jerry shows up and leaves on the job. He doesn't say anything, he doesn't return calls and doesn't answer calls. He is a coward and not a real man. Don't deal with this guy period....I also see from other reviewers that he does the same thing so he is definitely a repeat offender. Don't even bother wasting your time with Jerry or his "company."

I rehabbed the house I currently live in. I had specific requests for high quality, beautiful work and JW exceeded my expectations. I could not believe how perfectly the entire job turned out. I love my floors and railings. The refinished old oak floor transitions perfectly to the newly-installed oak floor. JW in the ONLY flooring company I will call in the future.

Jerry came to my house and quoted lowest price compared to all other hardwood installer. I decided to give it a try. --The project never finished. My floor vent as of today still not done, so you can imagine, the steel nasty old vent with new wood floors at my house now. I called him many times, left many messages, but never heard back from him. --He told me the whole project will be done less than 2 weeks. The fact, the project finished in 40 days. --Jerry sometimes doesn't come for whole 1 day or 2, and I could not reach him. Basically, he would tell you to come next day, but he never show up and never call, and never answer you call. --The last day I saw him at my house, Jerry told me, he will call me back the following Monday to fix my trim piece and install my vent, but he never called back and never did anything further, ever since I paid him the money that day. Overall, I would say, if you want a low price but unfinished project, please go ahead use him.
