I would not be able to say enough good things about Daniel Kaufman
 We are selling the house and gave Dan a list that the house inspector, that we hired, suggested that we do.  Repairs such as replacing a light fixture to installing a new vanity and bathroom floors, repairing the metal around the outside chimney, leveling off the tiles on the patio, updating the connections and piping going to the hot water heater to conform to code, and many other tasks that were on the list.
Dan was very professional and efficient.  As he finished one task he would explain what he did and then went on to the next task.  He also cleaned up after himself as he finished each job.
If we have to have anything else done prior to selling the house I would definitely call Dan at Homeworks NW Midwest and
definitely would recommend him to anyone else who is looking for an excellent HANDYMAN.

Dan was very professional, clean and did quality work.

I was so impressed with his work, I'll definitely have him back to do more work. He counter-sunk the bolts in the 2x4s for the shelving and kayak hoist, and the woodwork was beautiful (particularly considering it's in my garage - I didn't expect him to be so careful about making it look great). He patched the holes left by the bad job I'd already attempted, re-ran the cable tv coaxial that runs along the ceiling of our garage (and did a much nicer job of that than the cable tv company did). He assembled the kayak hoist despite the bad instructions included with the kit and then patiently spent time with me testing it and teaching me the best way to use it.
When he was done, I told him it was garage cleaning day anyway, so he didn't have to clean up the wood shavings, but he explained he couldn't do that and did a lovely job cleaning up after himself.
After the cleaning was done, I asked Dan to quote me for more work inside the house and I was really happy with is very broad skill set and his great pricing. I expect to schedule more work in the next few weeks.

He's very reasonable. He's very reliable too.

The owner is very thorough and prices are reasonable. For me to be satisfied, that says a lot!
