This was our first experience using a business we found on Angie's List and it was an excellent one. Bill, the home inspector hit some traffic and was a few minutes late but his office called and advised us so we weren't left waiting without notice. Mark. the HVAC inspection specialist that Bill uses to check the air conditioning and furnace was early and set to work immediately. He was very personable and professional, never short or unfriendly. Bill arrived and began just as quickly and did an incredibly thorough job inspecting everything from the garage door to the attic and ceiling fans. Both inspectors were knowledgeable and gave excellent advice to first-time home buyers like ourselves, never impatient or condescending. The very next day we received a detailed report including pictures and two days later received the Radon test results we requested in addition to the inspection. I'd have no problem referring this company to anyone needing home inspection services.

The inspector was professional, courteous and answered all of my inquiries. He checked the entire home and provided me with all the necessary insight that I needed with a home inspection. His assesment provided me with the additional assurance that the home was ready for purchase.

From beginning to end, every person we encountered at HomeTeam were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. For a small fee, Bill came out to inspect the home on a Sunday afternoon. The total inspection took approximately 2 hours, with the last hour providing us with a detailed walk though of every part of the home. He explained everything clearly and without a lot of jargon that we would not have understood. We received our full inspection report the next day, complete with pictures and, again, easy to read information.
Two weeks later, I had a question for Bill and called the front desk. The woman who answered the phone said she would text Bill to have him call me ASAP. Bill called me back in less than five minutes. He couldn't answer my question about the cost of completing a certain repair but gave me a referral on the spot.
I can't remember the last time I had such high quality service.

Bill and his team were prompt and VERY thorough. He walked us through and explained everything. His report was amazingly detailed, yet easy to understand. We did not feel like any detail was missed. And, everyone was extremely polite, pleasant, etc.

By the time I arrived they had already checked the roof and perimeter of the house. I walked away feeling like they literally checked every nail and screw in the house.
The explanation was great. The ability to talk to you and making you feel comfortable was great.
