The kitchen portion went exactly how I expected it. The flooring portion we had many hiccups along the way, that was pretty frustrating. The workers who came in and did the work and installation did a great job. The upfront back and forth really sucked. The floor looks good. They did a fantastic job. I would up front, I had to call them on four separate occasions. I received no phone calls. I got to the point where I wasn't very enthused with not being respond too. I don't mind going back and forth with these up fronts. I did get some credits for me. It was a little bit of frustration for a little bit of money. I know its not suppose to go that way, but it makes it it a little easier to swallow.

A week after ordering a toilet seat from Homedepot, I was told to wait for another week to pick it up in store. A joke?

We were not happy with the way they did the work. What I disliked was the way that they took the roof apart - very messy and very unprofessional.

It is probably 5 blocks from here. This store was built 6 years ago, and Lowe's was across the street from them, and when they first opened, you wouldn't walk 3 feet and somebody says "can I help you?". You go in now to doors or something and someone will tell you that it will be in around 2 and the other guys don't know anything about doors. There are people in other departments to help you. The managers are on a bonus and they realized 2 or 3 years ago that their bonus is tied to payroll so now they are down to whatever they can get away with staffing. I am sure they are a well run company, and they are constantly hiring people so there should be a high turn over. It is an aggravation to find somebody who can help you in the department. They have a good product. Home Depot gives military people discount. I will continue shopping there. They have a lot of flowers and they have a pretty good gardening department.

They usually have what I need. The service is okay, but nothing special.

It was fine. They used their subcontractors to do the installation. I had no problems with them. It was completed on time.

Home Depot did a good job. We had a problem with one of the garage dors after they installed it and they came out right away to fix it. The service was good.

it was a very good experience. we would not hesitate to hire Home Depot's installation services in the future.

I went to Home Depot and purchased my garage door opener. They set me up with an installer. The installer came out the next day. I didn't have to bring the opener home with me. The contractor installed it, and took the old one with him. They explained all of the features to me, and showed me how to use it. Home Depot is wonderful! I would use them again in the future.

It was a little frustrating that the door did not fit properly, but I do not think it was their fault. I would use them again in the future for doors, but I would work closer with the installer next time.
