They were very responsive when I got in touch with them and they also follow up very well. They visited me twice before I could give them a decision. They were very professional and very helpful. They did an excellent job. They had very good craftsmanship. The end product was excellent and I would recommend them to anybody. It took a little longer to finish the job, as it was holiday time.

Were very aggressive with the time line from start to finish and were very helpful when changes were needed - initially we were not planning on touching much of the first floor, but as demo started, we realized much work was needed to be done to bring the first floor up to code for electrical, insulation, etc. Highland did a great job through the change order process - with obvious extra cost - but were still able to complete the job on time.
