We did not use them because they were not competitive. Even though we have a savings and checking account with them, but when we started talking about refinancing they had a very difficult time putting us in contact with the right people. When they did, everyone had different information to provide. Their interest rates were higher than what we ended up with.
Description of Work: We called Harris Bank early August to have our house refinanced.
