 + -1 moreThe job took place in two stages. In the first stage, work that was supposed to be done in two weeks took one month, and was never completed. Measuring wallpaper was done incorrectly twice. Rather than finish the job (which unfortunately had been fully paid for), he returned the wallpaper. For the last six months there was a steady stream of excuses why he couldn't keep promises about when he'd show up. FInally, we said we never wanted to see him again. The second stage involved installation of kitchen cabinets. He was not able to finish all of the details (under cabinet lights, shimming, etc) although he was paid to do this. The cabinet manufacturer had to finish these last things.
Description of Work: Interior painting, replacing baseboards and trim around doors, installing kitchen cabinets, building bookshelves, wallpapering
