Epic Remodelers did an amazing job on our remodel! Pete has incredible vision on how to make your space more functional. He was able to show us various designs on the computer and help us to envision what the end result would look like. He was very open to our opinions and didn’t pressure us into any decisions. He was very flexible, understood we had a specific budget and helped us to determine the best way to accomplish our end goal while remaining within that budget. Pete and his team are very reliable, hard workers and did a high quality, excellent job. We are so happy with the end result! Highly recommend!

Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
Our project was started right before the start of Covid disaster of the last year and I can't say enough on how Pete and Steve handled the whole situation. First of all the professionalism and detail used to get the information for the start of the project by Pete was excellent. We worked with him to explain what we wanted and he came back with a detailed plan that was broken down to each part of the process that was easy to understand and follow so we knew what to expect. Once work started it went smoothly and everything was looking great. Unfortunately Covid through a wrench into all plans and we came to a halt. Pete and Steve worked with us and kept us informed until things could start up again. It took a while but the end result was excellent. I would highly recommend Epic for the excellent workmanship and for there efforts to complete the project through some very trying times. Epic is professional and has the customers interest in mind for every part of the process.

Basement Remodeling
I hired Epic through HomeAdvisor without knowing anything else about them. I was as nervous as could be hiring a contractor that wasn't referred or used by a friend previously, so I vetted them pretty heavily and heard really good things from his references. We completely built out an unfinished basement with a full bath and a Kitchenette/bar area. We had an aggressive timeline to do this and Pete and the crew were amazing. We added about 1500 sq ft onto our house It had been a dream of mine to have a basement like this and now I have it. Pete was quite thorough with the estimated project he put together, and really the only change order (additional money on top of agreed upon project price) was when I had an idea for an additional set of cabinets/countertops to go below our tv area. Our project took place in the winter, and regardless of the weather the crew showed up every single day on time, ready to work, and did a great job. Pete being the General Contractor came by the job nearly every day too, which I wasn't expecting at all but was an amazing personal touch. I will gladly be a reference for Pete and crew if you are considering hiring him, just get my number from Pete. Final words on the workmanship of Epic...WOW!

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
Had issues with installation of underlayment for ceramic tile. We had reviewed product installation instruction and they were not following. After discussion they installed according to reccomendations. Had several other smaller projects. Repair to warped wood started flaking after about 6 weeks. Need to replace one piece of Facia on house but delayed due insignifant nature of job and having to have equippment to properly bend material. Waiting for another job in our area. Sometimes difficult to get a hld of.

"Concerning the floor tile, there are many underlayment products that are used in the industry. They just were not familiar with the process and mastic's that were used with the product we chose. After discussions and explaining to her the process, everything went well. The flaking was a "Patch Job" on a bay window sill. She did not want to put in a new window, so we did the best we could with the rotting areas of the window. As far as the facia, that was never in our original bid or scope of work. It was only a 8' piece of aluminum facia that blew off. We were asked to repair it and we told here that we were not prepared to do that type of work, but we could help her find someone. We didn't have tall ladders or a metal bending break on that project. She said, she would find someone on her own. All, in all the project turned out very well and we always responded back when she called. Perhaps she didn't like leaving a voicemail, if I may have been on the other line or perhaps after hours, I don't know???"

Pete and the whole Epic team were a pleasure to work with. They truly helped us achieve our dream home. We shopped around with several contractors, and what set Epic Remodelers apart was Pete's willingness to create a floor plan on our first meeting, and his patience to create exactly what we were looking for. He made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Our home was built in the 1950s and had it's fair share of issues like the floor being uneven, making it difficult to lay the brand new hardwood. Pete's team corrected that issue using an affordable method, and the results are great! Going through my first remodeling experience, the main advice I would give is to know exactly what you want prior to the project getting started. Although we had many changes through the process, Pete was always willing to work with us to get exactly what we wanted.

My husband and I did our homework and Epic Remodelers stood out well above the rest. Through out the entire project we were so thankful to have an honest and reliable contractor to work with. Epic was always accessible and answered every question we had. It was clear that they cared about giving us the result we wanted and they spent a lot of time working with us to give us just that. The finished product is remarkable! We will not think twice to call them again for our next remodel.

I would recommend them to anybody! They took their time to get it right: If it hadn't been for my expectations, they would've done it again with no questions asked. I am very satisfied with their work and, as a matter of fact, have another job they are coming back to do next week!
