The owner gave me excellent advice on how I could take care of sealing my countertops. Very honest and helpful. I would use his services for future projects. He really knows his trade!

We first met with Mark to review design options for our new kitchen. We choose a layout, cabinets, colors, and took home some countertop and backsplash samples.
After making our final decisions, the construction moved along within our timeframe.
The cabinets, backsplash, sink, countertops, and appliances were all installed.
The new kitchen looks amazing, I love spending time in there with my family!

If you want your kitchen remodeled, look no further than Dreammaker Kitchen and Bath in Schaumburg. From the very beginning, Mark, the owner, coundn't have been more helpful. We knew nothing about remodeling a kitchen and both my husband and I have different thoughts/taste in cabinet selection, etc....polar opposites would be more precise. Fortunately, Mark gave us the education but also guided us through the entire selection process with minimal disagreement between my husband and I. That was money well spent! Mark had lots of great suggestions and ideas that we would never have thought of. Remodeling a kitchen takes a lot of know how...existing construction concerns, lighting (up, down, in cabinet, led, dimmable), tile, trim...all things he knows from being in the business for many years. Thankfully, he won't let you do anything that might lead to disappointment with the final product. He's involved with every stop; from choosing cabinets, trim, tile, door knobs, drawer pulls, countertop, sink, faucet, lighting etc. Mark creates a 3D computer graphic, and makes tweaks from there. We appreciated the fact that we were dealing with Dreammaker for the entire project; he only sub-contracted installation of the Cambria countertop. Other firms we looked at would sell the cabinetry, but sub-contracted installation; and then lighting was another sub-contract. Was nice to have one point of contact for the project. Mark's crew has been with him for over 20 years, and their experience and craftsmanship is unparalleled. The project took 2-3 weeks to complete, and we couldn't be happier with the entire process and more importantly, the end result. Let me also say, that I wouldn't be afraid to leave his crew in my home alone; by the time they left, they felt like part of the family. Dreamworks, needless to say is highly recommended!

Kitchen remodel is always stressful, but DreamMaker is an excellent choice.
The franchise is owned by a husband and wife team, Mark and Mary Jo. Their son Matt, and a 25-year employee, Pete, do all the work.
They arrived 5 days a week, on time at 7:30 a.m. They are professional and courteous. It was wonderful to have the same people arrive every day and not be waiting for multiple subcontractors to show up.
Price above was more than we had expected to pay, but the workmanship and service were impeccable. Price above did not include light fixtures, new dinette, appliances etc. which were extra. We are super pleased with our new kitchen!

We are in the process of getting the job done, and as far as the initial contact and everything else is concerned, we are really pleased. The initial planning went fine. It seems like the gentleman that owns the company is a person who is good to work with. It is definitely worth considering him if there is a job in his line of expertise that needs to be done. The price is in the ballpark. We still need to see how the completed job would look like.

I found this re-modeler through the Mr. Rooter franchise (which is also superb). I called the office and the owner came out to the house to assess the job. Then he gave me a detailed cost estimate and a list of references. I spoke to 3 references, all of which had used this crew more than once and will do so again because their work is of such high quality and a joy to work with. I put down a deposit to reserve the date and the counter-top order and signed a contract for progress payments. He estimated 3 or 3-1/2 weeks to complete the work. He supplied storage bins to empty out all of the cabinets. They started working each day at 8:00am at my request and cleaned the work area every day before leaving. The job ran 3 weeks + 3-1/2 days -- a little long due to unpredictable electrical work. When all the work was done, the owner comes out for a final "white glove" test, pick up the now-empty storage bins and collect final payment. Kitchen is gorgeous!
