Asked for a round face. Even showed owner a picture. I got a crooked, cut off moustache and beard. Tried them twice, there can always be a misunderstanding. Got no I’m sorry you weren’t satisfied. Just excuses. I can not recommend them . They lost my business.

They work hard to get my dog back within the timeframe necessary. He always looks great. Very gentle with him.

My dog looked just as I had expected him to. This company is always reliable and they are very good. You can call the night before for an appointment and they will work around to get you in. They will also give you a call when they are finished grooming your dog. My dog being that he is old kind of needs a little special care and they are always great about that. They are very professional there.
