Joe Matthies is the owner of Design Resource Group. Joe came to our house and measured for the windows, doors, and siding. He returned with his foreman to double check the measurements. After we agreed to proceed with the project, Joe brought two representatives from Pella to our house to verify the measurements. Joe was extremely precise and made sure that every portion of the project moved along smoothly. Joe and his team were punctual. Joe was on site when the projected started and he made sure that the project stayed on schedule. Joe's workers were neat and cleaned up the work area at the end of the project. Joe handled any problems that came up and made sure the phase of the project was completed to our satisfaction.
