This company was extremely unprofessional and charged us more than double for a simple freon re-charge.  He was trying to put a lot of pressure on us to buy a new air-conditioning unit.  When I did inquire about the different units that he offered, his prices were inconsistent from one conversation to the next.  He knew that we were new homeowners and that we were just starting to learn about home maintenance.  I felt we were taken advantage of but what I found most disturbing was how untrustworthy he was and I was sorry that I let him into our home.  I'm glad to have recently found a new company to work with through Angie's List and the experience was like night and day.

He was really flexable about comming out. We set up a time for him to show up and he arrived forty minutes late. His response to me saying i would have appricated a phone call, was "I am not the CTA lady go find someone else." He then drove off. All I wanted was simple phone call.
