The owner's name is Ken Beu and is an individual. He is a carpenter and an electrician. He used to supervise home building projects and all the professional trades with the client and the housing market. I wanted a complete makeover of my condo and a friend referred him to me. I didn't bid this work because the reference meant very much to me. He came with good recommendations. He has a description about himself that is complete renovations, custom trim and tile work, kitchen and baths, custom lights and electrical. He took down the load bearing wall but he figured out a way to still have the load bearing but the wall piece of it had gone. It now takes the condo kitchen and opens that up into the living dining area which looks like a great room. He updated the electric line in my circuit electric box, removed the carpet and put the laminate carpet wood floor. He bought a painting contractor to paint the place and bought a plumber. This is the first time I got this kind of work done. The first two months the major work was done. He is an idea guy too and we went together with all the work. It's something to trust somebody to the keys of your kingdom for an extended period of time. I used to come and see everyday to see what is going on and he used to communicate very frequently with me as what was going there.
