I love my new kitchen and I could not be happier working with Jane, Tim and Nancy at CR Cabinetry. They listened carefully to what I needed in my new kitchen and how I wanted it to look, and provided me with a great selection of cabinets that specifically suited my needs. They created a very well designed and functioning kitchen in my 8’ by 8’ space. The design utilized every inch of this tiny space and the final result is truly incredible – the kitchen seems much bigger than it really is, I have lots of storage, and the cabinets look beautiful! After I placed the order, Tim stayed in touch with me throughout the process updating me on the status of the order, making sure all the pieces arrived on time and in mint condition and that I was completely satisfied with the product after the cabinets were installed. When he learned that my contractor had problems installing a spice-pullout, he came over to assist him. A few weeks after the installation was completed, I discovered small stains on a couple of the cabinet doors, which I had not noticed when the cabinets were delivered. When I contacted Tim, he immediately reordered the doors and the order was processed very quickly. Tim delivered and installed the replacements himself. He even exchanged a couple of door handles on the other doors that had not been properly attached by my contractor. Overall, I am extremely happy with the services I received from CR Cabinetry and the quality of their product. I have already recommend them to several of my friends and I will continue to do so.

Very responsive and walked us through all pricing and options.  This was the first time my wife and I had done a large remodeling job and CR Cabinetry made it easy and the kitchen looks amazing!  The entire process went so smoothly.  They set our expectations and communicated each step that would be taken throughout the whole process.  Larry did an amazing job with the install and demolition.  He was very professional and cleaned up after each day.  He took the time and care as if it was his own kitchen.  We are so happy with our kitchen and plan on using CR Cabinetry in the future for other projects.

They were wonderful and I had no problem. Everything was on time. They were marvelous, they did wonderful work. She came out and saw my old kitchen and designed my kitchen. I have more than to put everything in there; I have more than enough room. The person who installed the cabinet was great and took the time. Everything was just perfect. She's a sort of perfectionist. I also had a couple of doors that didn't match with the rest of the cabinet and it's all good.

I had a very good experience with them. It was part of a construction program. Their service was prompt, efficient, and accurate. They were very good. Despite the cabinets are usually the thing that holds up a job, it didn't take very long. They came in earlier than they expected them to.

Nancy came out to my house on the first appointment to look at my space, what I had, what I wanted and what could be enhanced.  The next appointment was in their showroom.  Nancy was great in bringing out the colors and styles based on our conversations...very helpful and she did not have to show me many before I found what I wanted.  She is very helpful in the selection process.

In the spring of 2012 I embarked on a full kitchen remodel.  My goal was to transform a 20-year-old American country-style kitchen into a contemporary space with a more functional layout.  The general contractor recommended CR Cabinetry to perform the kitchen design and provide custom cabinetry.
Before signing the overall contract, I went to the CR Cabinetry showroom and met Nancy Muller.  I instantly found her to be warm and engaging.  She asked good questions to understand the scope of the project and provided options.  What I really appreciated was that she offered the pros and cons of each alternative.  When I asked for her professional recommendation, she candidly offered her opinion without being pushy.  That first meeting with Nancy helped me feel comfortable moving forward.
Once the general contract was in place, Nancy came out to my house and took measurements to create a custom layout.  Once again, she offered various design options and was accommodating in making refinements to ensure that the final plan would be satisfactory.  She was exacting with detail and took initiative to follow up and confirm certain measurements.  This resulted in a problem-free installation.  In addition, while I was originally interested in maple for its smooth grain, Nancy recommended that I consider beech, as it would provide the look I wanted at a more affordable cost.
The actual cabinetry was manufactured by Custom Cabinets based in Wichita, Kansas.  CR Cabinetry works with many different manufacturers, but Custom Cabinets was able to provide all of the options needed within my budget.  The cabinets were delivered within the timeframe promised.  Upon installation, I was delighted with the appearance, functionality and overall quality of my new cabinets.

The personal service we experienced with CR Cabinetry was exceptional.   Our situation was unique in that we had recently fired a previous contractor for breach of contract which left us with an out of specification, nonfunctional master bath after 9 weeks on the job.  CR Cabinetry was recommend to us by Old World Stone, a certified/licensed and highly reputable Cambria Countertop installer/provider.   Old World Stone was in possession of, but unable to release, our Cambria countertop to us because our previous contractor refused to release it.  All parties involved were aware that our master bath was nonfunctional and worked together so we that we could buy another Cambria countertop.  Old World Stone provided our measurements to CR Cabinetry who coordinated with Cambria to expedite delivery. Tim at CR Cabinetry was so helpful and kind, he kept us informed with every detail concerning pricing and delivery throughout this ordeal.  CR Cabinetry coordinated with Old World Stone and Cambria to get us our countertop, which typically takes 2-3 weeks and we had delivery in a matter of days minimizing delay and disruption for our new contractors that are competing the master bath.   

Fantastic.  They are all very friendly and extremely helpful.  When I did run into problems with a specific cabinet, they took care of it without a problem.  They helped me with special requests I made for the bathroom vanity and also helped me find the perfect wood trim to frame a mirror which would match the vanity perfectly.  I had experienced a kitchen remodel nightmare with the contractor I hired and CR Cabinetry staff stood up to the contractor regarding mistakes he made installing the cabinets.  They also recommended an incredible tile guy to fix my kitchen flooring that the first contractor messed up as well as install a backsplash and redo the tile in my bathroom.  I am so grateful to CR Cabinetry and I receive many compliments on my cabinets.  I highly recommend CR Cabinetry.

We had estimates from a couple of other sources. CR Cabinetry wasn't the lowest bid, but they certainly offered the most service for the money. Nancy was nothing but a pleasure to work with during the design phase. She made many options available to us, but most importantly, she listened to our requirements. She had many excellent suggestions on the myriad of details surrounding a project like this. She was incredibly helpful at every step. It took us a while to decide on all the details, but Nancy was patient the whole time. In the end it all payed off. Mike and Larry did the installation work and everything was done with a very professional look and in a professional manner. Larry did the majority of the work and Mike was out on a regular basis to help out and to make sure everything was on track and was always checking to see if we had any issues. The cabinets were pre-manufactured, but most of the trim work was custom. All very nicely done. They put up dust barriers to keep the dust contained to the work area. These guys were truly a pleasure to have in our home. Mike even came out a couple of times to offer help and advice to portions of the project that I was taking on myself. He caught several minor flaws and defects in the cabinets that we would never have seen and made sure replacements were delivered and installed. He kept saying, "We're not happy until you're happy". Needless to say we're very happy with the results and we're very happy we chose CR Cabinetry for this project. We highly recommend them to anyone considering and kind of remodeling job or other minor construction.

Nancy helped me design the kitchen and the materials that would work well together. She worked very hard trying to contact Kenmore to make sure the dishwasher I ordered would be able to accommodate the cabinet door front which I really wanted. Nancy, Tim and Mike, came out to my house several times when I was having a difficult time with the independent contractor I hired to install the cabinets. He did not follow Nancy's design, then blamed it on her design when the cabinets did not fit together or line up properly. He left out fillers that needed to be installed and damaged cabinets that needed to be reordered. I ended up firing the contractor for the poor workmanship he did in both cabinet and tile installation. Nancy and Tim, bless their hearts, directed me to other contractors who specialize in installing cabinets and tile. I ended up hiring one of the contractors they suggested who did an outstanding job. I cant tell you how grateful I am for all of their help. Everyone at CR Cabinetry is so friendly, patient and helpful. I have been out to the showroom of CR Cabinetry multiple times for the entire Kitchen/Bathroom remodel phase. They always welcomed me and made me smile and laugh even when I was under much stress.

Without fail, every person in this company gets customer service to a T. We had trouble with one of the manufacturers, and CR Cabinetry did cartwheels for me. And did them at minimal stress to me. It was a joy to do business with them. I fully intend to use them when I redo my kitchen eventually.
