Great. The drapes are 25 years old with lots of sun and cat exposure and came out looking new.

I called to make appointment to get an estimate to take down, clean, and reinstall my drapes. Joel called me back and was able to quickly arrange time to come give me an estimate. He arrived a little late and was very apologetic. Joel was very friendly and gave me a better price to make up for being late. He assured me that he will be there on time whenever I wanted them reinstalled. He did a great job putting them back up and took time to make the pleats even and steamed them as needed to be wrinkle free.
