They didnt show up during the 2 hour time slot that I was given. I never received a phone call and my messages were not returned. The worst part was that when they did show up (at 6:15pm) told me they couldn't clean my windows because they didn't have enough time. The man that arrived was rude and never apologized. I am very disappointed because I wasted an afternoon off of work and never got my windows cleaned. I wish I would have listened to the reviews about how this company is constantly late!
