Initial visit includes examination of the damaged area, measuring the entire area and provide more explanation on expected work. Then on the next visit, we discussed the proposed repair and the timeline in detail. Completion was delayed by a few days due to delivery of the kitchen appliances, so this is outside their control. The renovation/repair transformed the kitchen into a more modern and functional space.

My own personal experience with them was really really bad. If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen someone else.

Cera was amazing! From the initial contact to the final payment, they were top notch. They worked extremely quickly and were very compassionate during an extremely challenging time. Chris arrived on the scene 45 minutes after we placed the call to them and then within a few hours he had a crew of 10-15 guys tearing out all of the damaged areas of our home. They worked quickly and were very kind. The restoration crew was here daily to make sure we had our house back to normal as soon as possible. The whole process took just a couple of weeks and the rooms that they worked in looked better after they left than before they arrived. I would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.

The estimator and the restoration crew were friendly & professional. They were also very clean. They were able to complete their within a day or two after the initial estimated completion date (even with spotty weather).
