CENTURY 21

Lynn was very attentive. She understood what I needed, and what I was looking for. She didn't waste my time showing me things that I couldn't afford, or didn't want. She was very easy to work with. She found me an absolutely stunning home within my price range. Lynn also found me the rental that I lived in for a year. We spent 6 weeks to 2 months looking for a house for me. She is very good, and very knowledgeable of real estate. I would use her again in the future, if needed.

I was first introduced to Mr. Wittenstein by responding to one of his advertisements on craigslist. He eventually scheduled a showing of a handful of homes in my price range, however all were smaller than I was interested in or required a lot of repair work. I was in need of a new place as soon as possible, due to my changing family status, so I settled for a small half duplex priced significantly more than fair market price, given it's exterior damage and repair work needed inside. I made an offer, and then the waiting began. I waited week after week, without word from Mr. Wittenstein as to my offer status or what we were waiting for. When he called back (usually once every two weeks), it was to let me know we needed to wait a while longer. Often times, several weeks at a time would pass with no word or returned call. Weeks turned into months, and as my family situation became more dire, I had no service or help from my realtor. I ended up waiting 11 months in total, with no further word if my offer was still being considered, a timeline, or other information about the home.

Overall, it went great. We had lots of exposure on the home we were selling, and it sold for the highest price ever in the subdivision we were in. We had an excellent experience with Century 21 AAA homes and will use them again.
