Our saleswoman, Allison was personable and knowledgable. We had looked on line and at several furniture stores so knew what we wanted.  We were able to easily check out color swatches and were able to place order quickly when colors were chosen.  The delivery date given at time of order was the date the furniture was delivered.  We were called with a 3 hour delivery window and they came at the early part of the time which was nice.  Men who delivered the furniture were efficient and quick.

It went well. The process was fairly quick (without the credit declination fiasco). The saleswoman was helpful and directed us to couches that were within our price range as well as beautiful. We also bought two ottomans to go with the couches.
